::My Life Plan::
The Story
08/17/08 - Well a couple of weeks ago I got tired of it. Tired of being overweight, tired of being sick, tired of
not being able to find clothes in my size; just tired. So I decided to do something about it. Hence, a "life plan."
Not a diet, a plan on how to get my life healthy and stay that way. I enlisted the help of my bestessssst BFF Amanda
(damn fricken size 8!!!) to be my coach, as it were. I had her approve everything. So she's been helping me. I also thought
it would be a good idea to make it so that others could track my progress.I plan on doing a few other things as well,
like getting more involved (read actually participating) with the PCOS Message Board "SoulCysters." So stay tuned for updates
on my progress!
::Track My Progress::
Ok, I've created a chart so that one: I can track my progress, and two: those who care to do so may track my progress as well.
This is an excel spreadsheet, so you have to have Microsoft Excel to view it. I've decided that I will check my measurements every
two months and check my weight every two weeks. If you want to know my goals and wether or not I've met them, well for now you'll have to
e-mail me. I may add them at a later date. I don't feel like it right now (read I'm not sure how to do that, yet).
